We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager who combines cross-functional sales project management with the management of Hospital Key Accounts for the Bern and Central Switzerland region. In this role, you will drive commercial initiatives and strategic projects, strengthen cross-functional cooperation, and make an important contribution to the further development of the generics and biosimilars business in the Swiss market. Main responsibilities: • Achieving and exceeding defined revenue, market share, and growth targets • Building, maintaining, and further developing long-term relationships with relevant decision-makers in the hospital pharmacy environment • Development and implementation of strategic account plans based on sound market, stakeholder, and potential analyses • Identification, definition, management, and implementation of cross-functional sales projects as well as channel initiatives in the hospital environment • Close cooperation and coordination with internal interfaces • Continuous further development of commercial processes, tools, and working methods to increase efficiency and customer benefit • Compliance with regulatory requirements as well as active embodiment of company values Requirements: • Several years of sales experience in the Swiss hospital business and experience in project management within the healthcare industry • Knowledge in the field of generics and biosimilars is an advantage • High customer orientation and experience in maintaining and expanding sustainable customer relationships • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills with KPI-based performance management • Very good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Team-oriented personality with enjoyment in cross-functional cooperation • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear orientation towards results and implementation • High integrity as well as consistent compliance orientation • Very good German and English skills; knowledge of French is an advantage • 30% willingness to travel within the assigned region as well as possession of a category B driver's license Why Sandoz?
