For our IB Geneva site, we are looking for a Experienced Construction Director 100% Job description: As a construction director, with experience in site management in Switzerland, you will accompany the realization of the works, from the beginning of the construction to the commissioning. Your activities also include cost planning as well as monitoring calls for tenders and awards. In collaboration with our project team, you will optimize the progress of the works, establish the schedule, and monitor costs as well as compliance with contractual conditions. You will be in direct contact with the Client and represent IB's good image to the latter.
