Your tasks: Implementation and further development of occupational safety and health, fire & environmental protection (ISO14001) Advising and supporting the management, executives, and employees in all matters of safety Conducting hazard assessments, safety inspections, and risk analyses Planning and conducting internal audits as well as accompanying external controls Planning and organization of evacuation drills as well as participation in emergency and crisis organization Cooperation with authorities, fire department, and external specialist agencies Planning and conducting training and awareness measures in all areas of safety Maintenance and further development of regulations, guidelines, concepts, and safety documentation Your profile: Technical, commercial, or safety-related basic training Further education as a safety officer, safety specialist, ASGS specialist, or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in manufacturing industry Experience in optimizing production processes & process improvement in the area of safety rounds Experience in quality management (e.g., ISO, GMP, hygiene) Good German and English in spoken and written form Your perspectives: Diverse and independent tasks Flexible working hours for a good work-life balance A committed and supportive team A lively and pleasant working atmosphere Modern remuneration and good social benefits jpid3e79f23jm jit0730jm jiy26jm
