In this context, we offer a paid internship opportunity for a period of 4 to 6 months, with an immediate or agreed-upon start. Within our biotech campus and Geneva headquarters, your mission is to operationally lead Responsible Purchasing initiatives, by carrying out the analysis of supplier criticality, structuring the data necessary for EcoVadis evaluation, and deploying RSE documents to partners. Your main responsibilities are as follows: • Collect the necessary information for the analysis of supplier criticality from internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Quality, Operations, etc.) • Consolidate and structure Excel files serving as the basis for criticality analysis and EcoVadis evaluation • Prepare RSE data and supports for supplier evaluation and writing of associated documents • Be the operational EcoVadis point of contact for the Responsible Purchasing pillar, in coordination with internal managers • Deploy RSE tools to suppliers, ensure the collection of feedback and update databases • Collaborate with the Legal department to integrate RSE documents into standard contracts and support all Responsible Purchasing initiatives • Ensure follow-up of supplier feedback and update associated databases To carry out these activities, we are looking for a person with the following profile: • Currently pursuing higher education (Bachelor, License, BTS, Master) in Sustainable Management, Purchasing, Business Administration or similar - mandatory internship as part of the academic program & internship agreement required • Ease with data, indicators, and monitoring tables, with the ability to structure heterogeneous information • Current level of French and very good level of English • Excellent mastery of Excel (structured tables, formulas, filters, data consolidation) This internship will bring you: • A practical and meaningful experience, allowing you to develop your skills in the operational implementation of responsible purchasing initiatives • A unique opportunity to participate concretely in EcoVadis evaluation and the promotion of sustainable practices within a company • The opportunity to strengthen your ability to work autonomously, while collaborating closely with transverse teams and external partners • A stimulating work environment, based on trust and collaboration, where your proactivity and initiative will be fully valued • A better understanding of the functioning and challenges of a biotechnology company in Switzerland You are a curious and proactive person, able to advance effectively on your own once the guidelines are defined.
