Location Lausanne Availability Immediately Type Permanent Reference 41655 Published on 28/07/2026 On behalf of my client, a company in the West Lausanne region, I am looking for a Job Description ### • Management of monthly invoicing (monthly closing) + various controls • Application and programming of customer tariff updates • Experience with Incoterms • Processing of customer and inter-agency claims • Management of Swiss and foreign VAT invoicing • Management and verification of inter-agency invoice payments • Controlling duty towards the agency • Management and supervision of the invoicing department • Invoicing of customers and the network • Transport purchases and supplier invoices • Training of employees Profile ### • Accounting degree with a few years of experience • Very good knowledge B2 minimum in German and English (imperative) • Good IT knowledge • Experience in invoicing • Experience in the field of national and international road transport • Experience in managing a team of at least 3 years Driving license and vehicle indispensable Chief Accountant FR/German & English / Permanent
