Accounts Payables Manager (m/f/d) 80%-100% # • Niederbipp • Galenica AG • Espace Mittelland (BE, FR, NE, JU, SO) • Finance / Controlling What you can achieve ## • In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for the entire invoice-to-pay process - from digital invoice entry to posting in the accounts payable area • You are responsible for the end-to-end processing of the invoice-to-pay process in the SAP environment including ensuring accounts payable accounting • You provide first- and second-level support to internal users for technical and system-related questions regarding SAP VIM and FI-AP • You analyze and optimize existing VIM workflows (OpenText) and contribute to increasing the level of automation • You plan and conduct user training and support system tests (UAT) as well as release changes • You work closely with the finance team, IT in-house consulting and purchasing and act as an important interface between the specialist department and IT What you bring with you ## • Commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting or a similar business administration degree • Several years of professional experience in accounts payable accounting as well as sound knowledge of SAP processes in FI and MM • Proven experience as a Key User in the SAP VIM environment • High IT affinity as well as enjoyment of the analysis, optimization and digitalization of processes • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Proficient German skills in speaking and writing; French skills are an advantage We fill this position without external personnel service providers.
