CNC Turner / Production Mechanic (m/f/d) – Focus Hard Machining & Precision For our customer, a renowned Swiss traditional company in the field of high-precision technology, we are looking for a technically skilled and quality-conscious personality for CNC manufacturing, effective immediately or by arrangement. What awaits you: In this varied role, everything revolves around state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and absolute precision. • Setup & Operation: Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of modern CNC turning machines (including loaders). • Process Optimization: Carrying out program corrections and continuous optimization of manufacturing processes. • Setup Processes: Professional setup of the machines, including tool and material changes. • Quality Assurance: Independent quality control of the manufactured workpieces to guarantee the highest precision standards. Qualifications What you bring with you: • Education: Completed vocational training as a production mechanic, polymechanic, or a comparable technical training. • Experience: Several years of sound professional experience as a CNC turner, ideally with in-depth knowledge in the hard machining of hardened steel (from 54 HRC to 65 HRC). • Control Knowledge: Confident handling of the common controls Fanuc, ISO, and Siemens. • Working Style: You work in a structured, responsible manner and bring a strong technical understanding for reading and interpreting drawings. • Flexibility: Readiness for 3-shift work as well as a team- and performance-oriented attitude.
