• 24 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Stäfa Staefa, Switzerland Product Improvement Project Manager (m/f/d) Stäfa, Switzerland | Hybrid As a product improvement project manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products remain safe, compliant, available, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle. Your tasks • Lead and coordinate product improvement and modification projects for our existing products • Manage product changes in accordance with change control, regulatory, and quality requirements • Evaluate the impact of supplier changes, product issues, and improvement opportunities • Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Finance • Support the continuous improvement of post-launch engineering, product modification, and maintenance engineering processes • Track project progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the success of improvement initiatives Your profile • Degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, materials science, biomedical engineering, or a related field) • Experience in complex engineering projects, product development, manufacturing, or product lifecycle (preferably in medical devices, health technology, consumer electronics, or other regulated industries) • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a cross-functional environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Fluent English and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills What we offer As one of the leading global hearing care providers based in Switzerland, we are committed to building an inclusive culture.
