Service Technician 100% Apply online Your tasks • Responsibility for complete cutting fluid management (Customer Fluid Management) at contract customers • Monitoring, maintenance, refilling, changing and documentation according to customer agreement • Organization of logistics for the execution of service work • Organization and execution of professional waste disposal • Documentation of work in the agreed form • Execution of cleaning work and other activities in connection with the CFM service • Support of customers outside of CFM management in the area of cutting fluid maintenance • Monitoring of cutting fluids and documentation in the required manner • Cutting fluid change at customers • Complaint Management - data maintenance in the system and implementation of measures (troubleshooting on site) • Assistance at trade fairs - implementation of filling concepts • Support for Sales Switzerland with further services • Support for the Switzerland marketplace for tasks with LiquidTool systems (LTA/LTM/LTS/Autopilot) Your profile • Vocational training in the field of mechanics/metalworking • Ideally experience in the technical service sector • Experience in the production and workshop environment with a connection to practice • Driver's license for industrial trucks is an advantage (e.g., forklift) • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications • Talent and enjoyment in dealing with IT tools • French and German in spoken and written form • Strong organizational talent • Teamwork skills and customer orientation - enjoyment of direct customer contact • Willingness to travel 80% Your chance We offer you a demanding, varied task in a motivated team.
