Technical Caretaker (m/f/d) Work location: Hinwil Workload: 80-100% Start date: immediately or by arrangement Department: Building Technology / Caretaking / Landscaping Your tasks \- Maintenance and establishment of continuous customer contact and first point of contact for technical and specialist questions \- Ensuring daily operational activities in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in a larger property \- Carrying out maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the building \- Assignment, management, and monitoring of orders to internal as well as external service providers and suppliers while complying with costs, deadlines, and quality standards \- Execution of maintenance and minor repairs as well as their seamless documentation \- Readiness for on-call duties (first intervention) \- Ensuring a positive environment on the premises and maintenance of common areas \- Direct contact with customers, subtenants, and other contact persons on site \- First point of contact for all concerns regarding technical building management Your profile \- Completed training as Fachmann/Fachfrau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or technical or manual vocational training \- Several years of professional experience as a technical caretaker \- Sound basic technical knowledge in HLKSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electricity) \- Strong customer focus and service orientation \- Very good German skills as well as good user knowledge in MS-Office This is what we stand for, this is what we commit to - today and in the future.
