As a Sachbearbeiter:in Treuhand, you are part of our financial services department. Together with your colleagues, you ensure the best possible services in the areas of trust and financial services. You support and advise your clients in all aspects of financial accounting. You do this with a pronounced service orientation, accuracy, and in collaboration with internal experts. You are responsible for the financial accounting of several clients on your own and with high precision. You are responsible for creating monthly and annual financial statements, processing VAT declarations, reconciling various social insurance accounts, and executing payment transactions, which you also book immediately. Additionally, there is the option to create tax returns for legal and natural persons, as well as to control tax invoices and assessments. You have a lively exchange with your clients and advise them on questions regarding accounting and finance, as well as in the tax area in collaboration with our tax specialists. You are part of a team that continuously works on improvement and supports each other in daily business. You have a commercial degree and further training as a trustee with a federal certificate of expertise (eidg. FA), as a financial and accounting specialist with a federal certificate of expertise (eidg. FA), or a Bachelor's degree in business administration. Alternatively, you have a commercial degree and several years of professional experience in trust or accounting and want to further develop yourself in one of the above-mentioned fields. You have already worked as a Sachbearbeiter:in Treuhand or as a bookkeeper for several years and are used to taking care of mandates in a holistic manner on your own responsibility. You are used to working independently, precisely, and under time pressure. Your clients are based all over Switzerland. Therefore, you perform your tasks and consulting services in German, and ideally, you also have French language skills or want to deepen them.
