Your motivation is more important to us than the industry you come from. • You approach challenges calmly, make thoughtful decisions even in stressful situations, and are willing to work shifts. • You are fluent in German (level C2) and have beginner's knowledge of French (level A1). • You have impeccable color vision (no red-green weakness) and have no entries in the criminal record or debt enforcement register. • For the intensive and demanding training period, you bring a lot of personal responsibility and motivation and are willing to engage in different learning environments - from in-person instruction on site to digital self-study.
