Your tasks Training planning and implementation: Responsibility for the practical training of students in anesthesia care. Conveying theoretical basics and practical skills in the field of anesthesia. Support and promotion: Supporting students in developing their professional, social and self-competencies. Regular reflection discussions, feedback and promotion of personal and professional development. Accompaniment and evaluation of practical work and competence records. Quality assurance: Ensuring training quality through close cooperation with the education department and the team. Evaluation and continuous improvement of training processes. Coordination and cooperation: Close cooperation with other vocational trainers, specialists and nursing management. Communication with educational institutions and participation in meetings and network meetings. Support with administrative tasks, such as documenting learning progress and reporting. You bring Completed NDS anesthesia care Completed further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it. In-depth specialist knowledge in anesthesia. Experience in accompanying and promoting learners/students. Joy in knowledge transfer and work with young professionals. Distinct communication and team skills. Empathy, patience and the ability to respond individually to the needs of students. Sense of responsibility and role model function. Ability to plan, control and accompany learning processes. Secure handling of digital tools and documentation tools. Creativity and flexibility in designing learning situations.
