Your mission For one of our renowned clients in the watchmaking sector, we are looking for a methods technician specialized in cutting tools to strengthen the technical production teams. Position to be filled in Bulle, canton of Fribourg. Your responsibilities - Define and optimize cutting tools intended for machining operations - Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes - Ensure technical monitoring of tools and guarantee their performance in production - Collaborate with machining workshops to optimize cutting parameters - Carry out technical trials and validate new tooling solutions - Analyze technical issues and propose appropriate corrective actions - Participate in the standardization of tools and methods - Update technical documentation and data in internal systems - Work in close collaboration with methods, production, and quality teams - Ensure technological monitoring of new tools and machining processes Your profile Your profile - Technical training in the field of mechanics, micromechanics, or machining - Proven experience in cutting tools and CNC machining processes - Good knowledge of materials and machining technologies - Mastery of reading technical drawings - Proficiency with IT tools and technical software - Analytical mind and continuous improvement orientation - Rigorous, autonomous, and proactive person - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Irreproachable reputation - Swiss residents only - Living close to the location or considering a move
