Construction Project Manager (h/f/d) GOLDBECK RHOMBERG designs and realizes innovative and sustainable industrial and commercial buildings. We operate as a general and total contractor (EG/ET) in industrial and commercial construction in Austria, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. As part of new projects in the regions of Berne, Basel, and French-speaking Switzerland, we want to strengthen our team by recruiting an autonomous and responsible Project Manager. Your responsibilities • You coordinate all stakeholders in the project (clients, engineering offices, authorities, subcontractors) • You ensure autonomous management and overall responsibility for medium to large-scale projects, as well as technical supervision of site managers • You are in charge of continuous monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and quantities • You assume overall responsibility for coordination, tendering, and awarding of services to all subcontractors in the context of turnkey projects Your profile • You have several years of experience in project management and/or construction work, ideally in a general contractor (EG/ET) • You hold a degree in civil engineering, construction management (ES/HF), or equivalent training • You have good knowledge of construction procedures and Swiss standards (SIA) • You master French and German, both spoken and written • You distinguish yourself by your excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, and structured work method • You are willing to travel to construction sites in Switzerland What we offer • Attractive employment conditions with performance-related remuneration • A modern and flexible work model (4 to 4.5 days a week – FLEX-Friday) • 25 days of vacation per year • Advantageous social benefits (meal participation, childcare contribution, etc.) • Opportunities for professional and personal development (internal training campus) • A company vehicle, also usable for private purposes Interested?
