What you will do ## • Drafting and reviewing contracts with different contracting parties, particularly with medical service providers, as well as creating and optimizing contract templates • Managing contracts using a contract management tool together with the secretariat • Supporting the implementation of the hospital's data protection and data security strategy • Participating in the further development of data protection-relevant documents as well as in the implementation of data protection law requirements and concepts • Developing data protection law assessments, particularly in connection with data processing as well as preliminary controls and data protection impact assessments • Advising and training the specialist departments in the field of data protection law • Creating and optimizing processes in the areas of contract and data protection law • Coordinating and accompanying external mandates • Supporting the head of the legal service and taking over their deputy role What distinguishes you ## • Swiss university degree in law (lic. iur., MLaw) • Several years of professional experience and very good knowledge in the mentioned legal areas, preferably experience in the health or hospital sector • Independent, structured and careful way of working • Good priority management • Teamwork skills, high social competence • Interest in the active co-design and further development of the area • Stylistically and negotiation-secure German as well as very good French skills (B2) What you benefit from ## • Varied activity in a motivated and collegial team as well as close cooperation with various specialist departments • Dynamic working environment with plenty of room for initiative • Versatile internal training offers • Bilingual working environment • Attractive employment conditions according to the collective labor agreement Are you interested?
