You work independently and at the same time closely with the case-leading dipl. Pflegefachperson HF, with a lot of creative freedom in your assignments. For this you are responsible • Care and nursing of clients in a psychiatric context • Trusted contact person for our clients in everyday life • Support with challenges in the everyday life of the clients and in developing strategies for stabilization • Promotion of mental and physical health at home • Basic and treatment care as well as occasional domestic support What you bring with you • Training as Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ • Several years of professional experience in the area of psychiatry - ideally acute psychiatry • Joy in relationship work, independence and responsibility • Good communication and PC skills • Driver's license Kat.
