Employee* in Finance 60-80% «Handball strengthens the cohesion of a modern, constantly changing society» To implement this vision and to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dynamic and committed personality as of immediately or by agreement: Employee* in Finance 60-80% Your area of responsibility Accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting: Responsibility & participation in complete accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting, including dunning Payment management: Management of payment management to ensure smooth payment transactions Annual financial statements: Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements for four companies and seven regional associations in close cooperation with the Head of Finance & Services Payroll processing: Responsibility for payroll processing as well as general tasks in personnel administration, such as contract creation, certificate submission, etc. Withholding tax settlements: Preparation of withholding tax settlements and notifications as well as application for approvals Value-added tax: Responsibility for value-added tax settlement and reconciliation, in cooperation with our external partner company In this position, you are responsible for financial accounting; you work with numbers, process invoice runs, and are responsible for various administrative tasks. You also help to continuously develop the finance department and actively contribute to it. This varied task offers you the opportunity to manage the entire range of accounting with a high degree of independence, making you significantly responsible for a smooth process. Your profile: Completed commercial training/comparable qualification in the field of finance Professional experience in financial accounting In-depth knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting Experience with value-added tax settlements and annual financial statements High stress tolerance, efficiency, and independence in work Innovative spirit and the ability to optimize and critically question processes You like it when it's dynamic and at the same time you're expeditious in routine tasks.
