Active in vocational training, it promotes the development of young talents, with more than 120 apprentices trained in our departments every year. In order to strengthen our Core Team P&C entities and our Pet Insurance Division, we are looking for a collaborator, at 60%, from 1 October 2026 for a fixed term of 4 years, as part of an ongoing HEG in-service training. The missions that await you: Administrative support for the Department Management Preparation of translations and document summaries via AI Creation of PPTX presentations Payment of invoices Your profile: You are following or are about to start a higher education training of the HEG type in business administration Flexible, you are able to adapt to different interlocutors and situations You are endowed with a keen sense of confidentiality, irreproachable reliability, as well as a good team spirit You have a marked interest in AI tools and their applications You have a good command of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePointOnline, Teams, Forms) French native speaker, you have a good oral and written understanding of German You are also of a curious, conscientious nature and have an excellent sense of organization.
