Their installed capacity corresponds to approximately 22% of the capacity available from hydropower in Switzerland (25% including the pumping stations). Together, the plants operated by us generate about 16% of the electricity from hydropower in Switzerland. Project Manager \\\& General Director for Construction Workplace: Hybrid Your mission: We are looking for a Project Manager \\\& Site Manager who can manage and lead large-scale, multidisciplinary technical projects within the framework of the revision and renewal of hydropower plants. Your tasks: Ensuring the organization, planning, and monitoring of studies and work while guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality standards; Identifying deviations (in costs, deadlines, and quality) and taking the necessary corrective measures; Organizing and coordinating the use of personnel and technical resources; Organization and monitoring of the procurement of third-party services; Management and coordination of the various project participants while ensuring efficient communication; Ensuring the exchange of information with customers; Ensuring risk management and the monitoring of control measures; Participating in the creation of offers and supplements. Your competencies: Engineer FH/ETH, preferably in electrical engineering, automation, or mechanical engineering; Completed further training as a Project Manager, sound professional experience in leading large-scale multidisciplinary projects; Experience in connection with the operation of hydropower plants or in the field of industrial plants is desirable; Excellent organizational and communication skills; German or French native speaker with very good knowledge of the second language; English skills are required.
