Your area of responsibility: Project management in the area of acquisition, including economic calculation and coordination of feasibility studies for various own property funds. Leadership of the purchase or sales process to institutional or private investors. Independent management of the necessary coordination processes internally and externally, including the creation of the decision template. Acquisition of land, larger areas, or existing properties, ideally with development potential. Independent land evaluations with recommendations to the decision-maker. Market and location analysis, investment calculations, due diligence of properties, including contract negotiations until the contract is concluded. Network expansion and maintenance. Representation of the company, both externally and internally. You bring: A degree in a specific field of study or a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in project management or construction economics. Several years of experience in the real estate sector, particularly in the areas of acquisition/transactions and experience with the interface between project development and marketing of properties. Outstanding communication skills, organizational talent, and high social competence. Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as high stress tolerance and flexibility. Good knowledge of common MS Office applications and project platforms for data exchange. Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
