Your area of responsibility ## • Conducting consultations and needs analyses for clients with complex social and health challenges as well as their contact persons • Facilitating the required supports in cooperation with specialist centers, institutions, authorities, and social service providers • Working with Casenet • Case documentation and participation in case discussions and supervisions • Professional networking and working with various organizations (doctors, hospitals, RAV, IV, social services, Spitex) in the Aarau region Your profile ## • Completed education in Social Work (HFS, FH, Uni) • Professional experience in social counseling (specialist counseling and/or public social assistance) • Counseling competencies and experience in social insurance law • Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation • Openness to new forms of work, digital tools, and a culture of togetherness We offer • A varied and demanding activity with high personal responsibility • A meaningful activity in a non-profit organization • A well-coordinated and motivated team • Attractive employment conditions as well as good social benefits • Barrier-free workplace near the Aarau railway station are desired.
