To support our management, we are looking for a/an Team Leader / Deputy Managing Director (m/f) Your main tasks: Support of the Managing Director in the team leadership of the sub-area Administration, Design, and Sales with approx. 6 employees Support and cooperation in the team, especially with demanding projects and acquisitions Independent management of this sub-area in the event of substitution, overall management of the company as Co-Managing Director Acquisition and customer care of Key Accounts Your profile: You are between 30 and 50 years old and have successfully completed an apprenticeship in a technical profession Subsequently a completed further education with FH level degree You possess high leadership and social competence and have a good track record of performance in a similar position You are a good team player, lead your employees with pleasure and maintain a friendly, collegial interaction Your native language is German, furthermore you possess very good knowledge in English You possess very good planning and organizational skills.
