Clinique de la Main Genève SA is looking for a qualified scrub nurse or an experienced nurse, in a professional, dynamic, and human-sized environment. Your missions/ tasks: Accompanying and installing patients in collaboration with the secretaries during consultations; Wound care and dressings during consultations; Assisting doctors during infiltrations and punctures (under ultrasound); Performing X-rays; Accompanying, installing, and monitoring patients in the operating room; Instrumentation and circulating in the operating room; Reprocessing of medical devices; Implementation and monitoring of care protocols; Participation in continuous quality improvement and compliance with hygiene and safety standards; Training and monitoring of nursing trainees. Your profile and qualifications: Nursing training recognized in Switzerland; Operating room diploma is an asset; Experience in the operating room; Excellent organizational skills; Comfort with IT tools and Medionline medical software; Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and discretion; Excellent relationship with patients; Ability to integrate into a dynamic and professional team; Mastery of French (written and oral) and good knowledge of English. You know how to show initiative and work autonomously. Your sense of organization allows you to successfully carry out the varied tasks for which you are responsible. Endowed with an excellent team spirit, you appreciate multidisciplinary work and collaborate effectively with doctors and other health professionals. You are empathetic, a good listener, and possess very good interpersonal skills with patients. You are a trustworthy, rigorous person capable of the utmost discretion regarding the data processed.
