Take on your main role as Machine Operator 4-Shift (m/w/d) This is what you can achieve: • Responsibility: You take on a central role in the 4-shift operation as a great all-rounder. You are flexible and can be deployed in various areas of the paper machine, ensuring a stable, safe, and efficient production process. • Machine operation: You operate, control, and monitor systems and sub-processes of paper production according to production specifications. In case of deviations or malfunctions, you react quickly and initiate the necessary measures. • Technical expertise: You are familiar with the process steps on the paper machine and apply your knowledge in the ongoing operation in a targeted manner. • Quality and safety: You ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production specifications and support checks, shift reports, and continuous improvement of processes. • Team and development: You support the training and further development of employees in shift operation and actively pass on your technical expertise. • Systems: You create electronic order feedback and work reliably with the ERP system; SAP knowledge is an advantage. This is what you bring: • Education: You have completed the apprenticeship as a papermaker EFZ or have equivalent knowledge. • Experience: Thanks to your several years of professional experience, you are familiar with the process steps of a paper machine. • SAP: Ideally, you already know SAP. • Time model: You are willing to work in the 4-shift system.
