This is a regular mission of 2 days per month, with the possibility of an evolution of the activity rate according to needs. Your missions As a true jack-of-all-trades, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the infrastructures and performing routine maintenance interventions, notably: Perform first-level maintenance work on buildings and installations. Carry out various repairs and technical interventions. Ensure the routine maintenance of equipment and premises. Assemble, disassemble and install furniture or equipment. Perform small maintenance work (electricity, plumbing, locksmithing, painting, etc.). Identify malfunctions and propose or implement appropriate corrective actions. Ensure the good general condition of the infrastructures. Respect the safety procedures and quality requirements specific to the establishment. ---------- Profile sought: Confirmed experience in technical maintenance, general services or as an operations agent. Excellent skills in DIY and first-level maintenance. Good knowledge in electricity, plumbing and small building repairs. Autonomous, versatile and organized person. Spirit of initiative and sense of responsibility. Good physical condition. Neat appearance and ease in a medical environment. Mastery of French. Driving license and vehicle, an asset. .
