What you do You process complex, fraud-suspect claim cases in the motor vehicle sector independently and autonomously and coordinate further clarifications with internal and external partners. You conduct appropriate and professional communication with all parties involved. You represent the interests of the insurance company in civil and criminal proceedings. You actively participate in the further development of fraud combatting and initiate improvements in the Fraud topic area. You support the training and further education of our claims handlers regarding the recognition of suspicious cases. What you bring Successfully completed training as a police officer as well as several years of activity with a criminal police force and/or in the field of combating insurance abuse. Technical understanding and interest in the motor vehicle industry. Experience in fraud investigation and/or in comparable activities, e.g., with the police or in related investigation areas. High quality and customer orientation, combined with confidentiality, discretion, flexibility, and excellent manners.
