Structurer (m/f/d) - electronic issuance business

100% | Trading / Sales / Capital Markets | Zürich | Experienced professionals In Structuring for Structured Products - an integral part of the trading division at ZKB - you will actively help shape the electronic issuance business of ZKB. Working in a small, experienced team of five specialists, you will work closely with trading, sales, and other internal departments. Together, you will ensure that our customers are offered structured financial products efficiently, with high professionalism, and first-class service. Your tasks • As part of the structuring team, you are responsible for the electronic issuance business for Structured Products as well as its continuous further development • In doing so, you monitor trading transactions and configure and optimize pricing • You take on the main contact role towards platform providers for Structured Products and other external partners • You follow developments in the ecosystem for Structured Products and recognize trends as well as opportunities for the electronic issuance business • You initiate developments within the organization for the further advancement of the electronic issuance business and the associated products • You lead the dialogue with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Trading, Risk, Legal Services, Backoffice, and IT • You lead and coordinate projects and initiatives around the electronic issuance business both internally and externally • You independently, as well as together with other teams, find solutions for challenges and limitations - even outside of your direct area of responsibility • You perform statistical analyses, identify strengths, weaknesses, and potentials in the business, and implement corresponding optimization measures Your profile • Completed university degree in economics or finance; alternatively a technical-scientific degree with further training in economics or comparable experience • Several years of experience in the direct environment of the issuance of Structured Products, ideally in structuring or trading • Sound knowledge of products, processes, and challenges in the issuance business as well as interest in continuously deepening this knowledge • Enjoyment in building and maintaining a network in the area of platform issuance of Structured Products; ideally already having knowledge of the Swiss platform ecosystem or the willingness to acquire it • You score with strong analytical skills and enjoyment in working with numbers, statistics, and evaluations to continuously optimize and further develop the business • You convince as a team player with high initiative, curiosity, and the willingness to support the organization even outside of your direct area of responsibility • Experience in Python or R as well as a basic understanding of databases round off your profile • Business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form Our offer • Working in a dynamic trading environment with direct market relevance • An exciting and diverse range of tasks with many networking opportunities in the area of Structured Products • Great freedom for independent decisions and co-determination in the electronic issuance business • Extensive opportunities to develop yourself personally and professionally • A centrally located and modern workplace • Comprehensive package with an attractive basic salary, variable compensation, and versatile benefits Your contact Anna-Katharina Zaydowicz looks forward to helping you.
