Technical Administrator with Project Management Tasks (80-100%) The ADEV Group is a cooperative company and offers services in the field of renewable energies. As a contractor, it creates, finances and operates heating networks, solar, wind and hydropower plants and supplies buildings and entire neighborhoods with renewable energy. ADEV is active in Switzerland and in neighboring countries (France and Germany). To strengthen our team, we are looking for, by agreement, a Technical Administrator with Project Management Tasks (80-100%) A demanding, exciting and future-oriented field of activity awaits you. You will be part of our experienced operations team at the company headquarters in Liestal. Your tasks: As a technical administrator, you support the Head of Operations in administrative and commercial matters. This includes correspondence with customers, suppliers and authorities, the trading of energy and guarantees of origin, the energy balancing of our production plants as well as spare parts procurement. In addition, you independently handle projects related to the operation of our energy plants: you conduct contract negotiations and prepare them in consultation, participate in economic and operational data analyses and prepare quarterly reports as well as other reports for the Board of Directors. You identify and implement operational optimization measures without losing sight of the economic goals. In addition, you support the Head of Operations in the leadership of the operations staff and organize training for employees and plant technicians. Your profile: For this demanding function, you have ideally completed a technical education with reference to the energy sector and subsequently further trained as a Technical Administrator. You have organizational talent, project management experience and enjoy working both independently and in a team. You have good German language skills as well as basic knowledge of English, master the common Office programs and possess a category B driver's license.
