Berne, Switzerland | 80-100% (job sharing possible) What you can contribute <br /> • Lead the project aimed at developing and implementing training modules for the Unemployment Insurance Training Center • Lead the training modules within the AC Training Center and thus assume responsibility for the training of all personnel involved in the execution of the AC • Design, plan, and implement training for the approximately 6000 employees involved in the execution of the AC • Recruit, accompany, and supervise the instructors for the various modules <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a higher education institution (bachelor) or equivalent continuing education after an apprenticeship (e.g., at a HES), ideally in the field of adult education • Several years of experience in training • Very good organizational skills, high degree of autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility • Quick-wittedness and interpersonal skills • Good active knowledge of an official language orally and in writing, passive knowledge of a second official language; knowledge of English is an asset. <br /> In a few words The SECO Directorate of Labor is the Confederation's competence center for labor market policy.
