Driving license indispensable. Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team of 4 to 5 employees. Active participation in administrative organization in collaboration with the site director. Organize and plan interventions in order to optimize resources and deadlines. Carry out technical visits, taking of measurements, and feasibility studies. Prepare quotes and advise customers in the choice of suitable solutions. Develop and build loyalty with a portfolio of private clients, architects, property management companies, and businesses. Ensure active prospecting and represent the company to its partners. Supervise construction sites, the quality of installations, and compliance with deadlines. Provide technical support to installation teams. Manage supplier orders as well as site monitoring. Participate in the administrative and operational organization of the site.
