Medical Advisor Coordination Team Lead # You know how to do it well • You lead and develop your team of 7 people with passion. • In collaboration with your team, you verify and clarify benefit obligations on medical, legal, and contractual levels. • You guarantee coordination and interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialized services. • You organize the development of our work tools and processes with a long-term vision and clear requirements in terms of quality and profitability. • You involve yourself in interdisciplinary projects with initiative and commitment. What characterizes you • completed (para)medical training or basic commercial training with several years of professional experience in the field of health or social insurance benefits • in-depth knowledge of medical terminology is a prerequisite • solid experience in team management • a personality with an excellent sense of communication, combined with a keen sense of responsibility and great reliability • perfect command of French, both spoken and written, as well as very good knowledge of German. Knowledge of Italian would be an asset.
