Zollikofen, Switzerland (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute • Ensure appropriate user consulting and assistance regarding platforms intended for collaboration and project management • Contribute to the operation, integration, and continuous development of the toolchain • Automate and optimize processes within the collaboration management platform environment • Ensure the establishment and continuous monitoring of documentation related to operation, security, and the system • Participate in the on-call service outside of regular working hours (7 days a week, 24 hours a day) <br /> What makes you unique • Proven experience in the operation, engineering, or consulting of platforms enabling collaboration and project management in complex enterprise environments • Proficiency in the integration, automation, and continuous development of platforms and processes • Ability to implement technical requirements with pragmatism and taking into account user specificities • Interest in new technologies and willingness to participate in the development of future solutions related to collaboration and project management • Active knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words As an IT systems specialist within the System Integration and Reliability unit, your task will be to ensure, in collaboration with the Toolchain team, the efficient use and development of collaboration and project management platforms intended for employees and clients.
