Area of responsibility Organizational and personnel leadership of the analytical development team with 5 employees Execution of method developments, validations, and transfers within customer projects Execution of stability studies as part of development Creation and review of analytical, quality-relevant documents: transfer and validation documents, development reports, and analytical specifications, including checking the analytical results Ensuring compliance with timelines as well as regulatory guidelines Close cooperation with other specialist departments in the projects (galenic development, quality assurance, Regulatory Affairs) as well as with customers and external laboratories Your profile Completed scientific studies (BSc, MSc) Several years of professional experience in a comparable field of responsibility in a GMP environment Mandatory experience in leading a small team Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical analytics, especially in chromatographic techniques (HPLC/GC) and dissolution, as well as in other common analytical methods for characterizing solid dosage forms GMP knowledge and experience necessary High degree of quality awareness Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing Proactive action in the area of responsibility as well as team-oriented, efficient, and implementation-strong way of working Open communication and flexibility Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of collaborating with other departments Your motivation Are you looking for new challenges in a competitive environment?
