For our client, in the Biel region, we are looking for a Head of Logistics (a) Your tasks • Leadership of approx. 20 employees in goods outbound • Active presence and direct team leadership on site • Ensuring smooth logistics processes in two shifts (07.45 to 18.45) • Conducting employee appraisals in English and German • Close cooperation with the logistics management team and procurement Qualifications Your competencies • Leadership experience in a logistics environment • Business fluent English skills at native level for demanding conversations • Enjoyment of active personnel management • High stress resistance and resilience in a dynamic, multicultural environment • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills Do you feel addressed?
