Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary teams as well as management of internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as a central contact person as well as providing advice on technical, organizational, and technical questions. Service Delivery Management; you coordinate the capacities in your support group and administer small projects and change management. What you bring with you Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field. Several years of experience in managing complex software projects with demonstrable success in timely and economical project execution. Sound knowledge of classical and agile project management methods as well as experience in budget, risk, and stakeholder management. Strong leadership, communication, and advisory skills paired with a structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working.
