What awaits you • Take charge of support files and analyze medical, professional and social situations • Support the professional reintegration process, with personalized advice and close follow-up to promote a return to work • Ensure coordination with internal and external actors: insured persons, employers, doctors, insurers, AI and other involved stakeholders • Conduct on-site interviews and write reports while including the complete follow-up of mandates • Represent the institution externally and participate in professional networks, notably during events, client meetings and activities aimed at promoting case management What we expect • Brevet fédéral en assurances sociales and/or CAS in Case Management • Experience in sickness and accident LAA loss of earnings insurance with medical knowledge • Excellent command of French; very good knowledge of German (C1 minimum) • Ability to listen, benevolence and resilience • Driving license and vehicle indispensable Do you have any questions about the application process?
