The HR team provides services for a total of 4 Legal Entities in Switzerland. These include Audika, one of the largest hearing system retailers in Switzerland with a total of around 100 hearing centers and over 280 employees, as well as Oticon, Bernafon Export and Diatec, which are also part of Demant. For this exciting and challenging task, we are looking for a service-oriented and independent personality as HR Generalist 60% (m/w/d) This is what you can expect: Responsibility for the entire administrative HR process from onboarding to offboarding Management of personnel data and ensuring the correct processing of all changes Creation of evaluations, reports and analyses to support personnel planning and operational controlling Contact person for inquiries and questions regarding vacation, sick leave, confirmations, etc. Digitalization and optimization of HR processes Close cooperation with the HR Business Partners and interface to Payroll Cooperation and networking with the global HR team Participation in HR projects This is what you bring: At least two years of professional experience in HR administration, ideally supplemented by HR training Knowledge of Excel and MS Office as well as Abacus and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
