For the Medical site in Grenchen (Switzerland), we are looking for from 01.01.2027 a Sampling Technician (m/f/d) - MedTech, 80-100% ## Your main tasks ## • Planning, coordination, as well as autonomous execution of tool qualifications and samplings on injection molding machines in accordance with current internal procedures as well as regulatory requirements • Planning, execution, and evaluation of Design of Experiments (DOE) to determine optimal process parameters and support process validations and optimizations • GMP-compliant, complete, and traceable documentation of all sampling, qualification, and validation activities, including the creation of required documents and reports • Determination, optimization, and release of injection molding processes taking into account quality, process, and economic efficiency requirements Your profile ## • Completed technical training, preferably plastic technologist CFC (specialty injection molding), polymechanic CFC, toolmaker, production mechanic, or equivalent • Completed continuing education in the field of plastic technology, process engineering, process optimization, or medical technology (e.g., ES technician, plastic technologist, or similar) • Imperative knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 13485 standard and GMP • Several years of experience in plastic processing, preferably in injection molding • Experience in a regulated production environment (preferably in medical technology, the pharmaceutical, or food industry), in operating injection molding machines, with tool samplings and qualifications as well as process validations • Knowledge in quality deviation analysis and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) • Proficiency in MS Office tools, ERP (SAP, ProAlpha, or similar), and various CAQ or quality management systems • Good knowledge of English (B1/B2 level) Working at Adval Tech ## • Your work has a direct impact - on products, processes, and customer experience • Agile, dynamic, and motivated team • We cultivate a relaxed team culture • Attractive social benefits (e.g., no coordination deduction for the pension fund) • We promote your development ## For any questions regarding this interesting position, we are at your disposal by e-mail: hr.switzerland@advaltech.com   Are you the person we are looking for?
