Commercial Employee with a flair for Marketing (60%-100%) Your job: o Internal Administration: You support us with tasks in purchasing and logistics, fleet management, mail and telephone service, receive guests, coordinate documents, and support us in accounting. o HR: You work together with the GL and ensure that employee anniversaries are celebrated appropriately, plan and coordinate employee events, and take over administrative tasks during the recruitment phase. o Marketing activities: You create and post social media entries, organize customer events as well as internal events, and create mailings etc. Our requirements: o Commercial basic training o Several years of experience in a similar field of activity o Very good knowledge in handling social media tools o Very good MS Office as well as Adobe Photoshop knowledge o German: stylistically confident (native speaker level) orally and in writing o You feel at home in an SME environment and bring enthusiasm for a smart environment o Your heart beats for service provision and you live a hands-on mentality o You look forward to a field of tasks which allows for growth potential together with you Our dynamic team consists of around 40 great technicians and engineers.
