Operative Data Manager

Job Description ### For our client, we are looking for an operative Data Manager (m/f/d) who wants to work in a dynamic environment with exciting construction projects. You can expect a responsible role with plenty of creative freedom, in which you will actively contribute to the quality and further development of data and project processes. You will work closely with various project managers and take on a central function in the operative day-to-day business surrounding data management and project support. Tasks In this role, you will support project and sub-project managers on construction projects, playing an important role in the background of project execution. Your focus is on data migration as well as the maintenance and ongoing updating of databases. In addition, you will take on administrative and commercial tasks and ensure smooth processes. You will act as the central contact person for topics related to data entry, data maintenance, as well as data imports and exports within specific applications. Additionally, you are responsible for the administration of SharePoint sites and the maintenance of specification documents. Another component of your activity is supporting the implementation of data quality measurements as well as the implementation of measures for continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the further development of data and document control and support the professionalization of project management support. Requirements You have a completed commercial or technical basic training with EFZ and bring at least two years of professional experience in a comparable role. Your very good German skills at level C2 enable you to communicate precisely and confidently, while you can also communicate in English and French at level B1. You work in a structured, exact manner and have a strong understanding of data and processes. You also convince through your reliable and service-oriented personality as well as your ability to coordinate various tasks in parallel.
