Pflegefachperson HF/FH with daily responsibility Nursing with heart, expertise and independence Nursing - Nursing and care of our customers at home - Case management and steering of the nursing process - Assessments, counseling and cooperation with doctors as well as relatives Daily responsibility ? First point of contact for hospitals, referrers and employees on tour ? Triage of new registrations and organization of initial assessments ? Coordinating emergency situations and finding solutions quickly ? Keeping an eye on wound management, medication lists and daily organization ? Providing professional support to employees - especially our apprentices In short: You combine direct nursing with professional coordination and keep the daily operations running together with the team. What you bring - Diploma as Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH - Joy in taking responsibility and making decisions - Independent, solution-oriented way of working - High professional, social and communication competence - InterRAI HC or willingness to complete the course - Joy in digital work tools ? - Driver's license Cat.
