In the context of a retirement and in order to join our Electrotechnical service team located in Préverenges VD, we are looking for a: Expert in electrical installation and safety (f/m) 100% Profile Skilled professional holding the Federal Diploma of Master Electrician \- Expert in electrical installation and safety Proven experience of at least 10 years in electrical installations, compliance, and project management. In-depth knowledge of OIBT/NIBT standards and inspection practices. Entrepreneurial spirit, proactivity and communication skills. Ability to manage projects independently, costing and plan development. Technical leadership, rigor and pedagogy to support teams. Good mastery of dimensioning tools and Winprogitel \& ElektroForm software. Responsibilities Ensure the role of skilled professional and guarantee the compliance of electrical installations according to OIBT and current standards. Define, update and ensure compliance with technical and safety procedures. Train, advise and accompany employees (apprentices, installers) on normative and quality aspects. Perform internal controls and propose corrective actions. Support complex projects by providing high-level technical expertise. Occasionally manage certain projects. Ensure regulatory monitoring and anticipate normative evolutions. Be the reference interlocutor for audits, inspections and controls related to OIBT and ESTI. Why join us?
