As part of a reorganization of the finance department, we are recruiting a: Head of Accounts Receivable (100%) - CDI Salary class: 9 (this scale is understood upon validated prerequisites, failing which the classification is made at class -1) Location: Lausanne Start date: As soon as possible What you bring to our mission Lead the team by providing supervision and support in order to guarantee the quality of services relating to the management of the establishment's receivables. Propose and then develop a strategic orientation regarding the organization of the unit, allowing for an efficient response to EVAM's needs. Your key missions You plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise the activities of the team in collaboration with the other unit managers of the entity, reporting to the hierarchical line You supervise, coordinate, and guarantee the activities related to the management of receivables You supervise and update the procedures relating to the management of receivables You take part in projects rendered necessary by the activity in coordination with the various managers of the finance entity and the management You participate in the formalization of services by writing processes, procedures, and instructions, in their continuous improvement and updating, while ensuring their application and compliance You ensure the development of a culture of partnership and cohesion with the other unit managers of the entity Your profile CFC as a commercial employee Certifying training in management 7 years minimum experience in a similar position Excellent mastery of common office tools Excellent organizational and priority management skills Capacity for analysis and synthesis Solid communication and writing skills What EVAM offers you A committed working environment A continuous training policy to evolve in your career A teleworking policy 5 weeks of vacation (6 from 50 years old) Very good social benefits Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context The recruitment process in 2 steps: Interview with the head of the HR entity, the head of the finance entity, as well as the director.
