Berne \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Develop and coordinate operational analyses and write contributions for army order data at the operative level • Analyze engagements, operations and developments in security policy, and write reports, studies and decision bases • Coordinate analyses and feasibility studies in collaboration with internal and external partners • Represent the cdmt Op within working groups, specialized bodies and in the planning processes of the Groupement Défense • Monitor the situation, support the planning of actions and collaborate with army crisis and engagement organizations <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Degree from a higher education institution (university or university of applied sciences) as well as several years of professional or leadership experience • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, ability to synthesize (EMG grade desired) • Ideally, experience in the fields of analysis, planning, project management or military leadership • Autonomy, stress resistance, sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills • Good active knowledge of a second official language as well as English <br /> In a few words Do you want to support the future development of military capabilities and operations through in-depth analyses and develop decision bases for military conduct? The cdmt Op includes in particular the Air Force, the Land Forces, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Centre, the Special Forces Command as well as the Military Police.
