Your responsibilities: • As a Senior HR Consultant, you will handle demanding recruitment mandates for specialist and management positions in the construction industry, as well as across industries for SMEs and large companies. • You will take full process responsibility -- from the detailed analysis of personnel needs to targeted direct contact and personal interviews to successful contract signing. • With your sense of market developments and industry trends, you will proactively advise customers, develop tailored recruiting strategies, and establish yourself as a trustworthy contact person on an equal footing. • You will maintain and expand your own network of candidates, use creative sourcing methods, and rely on innovative tools to quickly and efficiently identify top talent. • Your role also includes supporting the development of our brand awareness by positioning yourself internally and externally as a thought leader, contributing ideas, and actively shaping our processes. Your profile: • Several years of solid professional experience in HR consulting, ideally with a focus on demanding specialist and management positions in the Swiss market. • Pronounced communication and negotiating skills, paired with confident appearance and enjoyment of dealing with demanding customers. • Affinity for digital recruitment methods, creativity in active sourcing, and an innovation-driven view of the labor market. • Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and high quality awareness regarding customer and candidate experiences. • German at native speaker level, additional language skills are a plus.
