Join our team! Our architecture firm, based in Lonay, composed of about twenty collaborators, accompanies its clients in all phases of projects according to SIA standards. Architecte EPFL / HES Projecteur/-teuse As part of the strengthening of our team, we are looking for an architect project manager EPFL or HES (or equivalent title) 80-100%, with solid experience in project development and construction authorization procedures. Your role: • Establish feasibility studies • Development of projects from the feasibility study; • Research of parties and development of architectural concepts; • Collaboration with specialized professionals and public authorities; • Establishment of plans necessary for the authorization request at the prescribed scale; • Development of inquiry files and follow-up of procedures; • Development and design of construction details; • Constitution of materiality notebooks. Your profile: • EPFL or HES architect diploma (or equivalent); • Minimum 5 years of experience in Switzerland; • Good mastery of Archicad software; • Knowledge of BIM: an asset; • Good understanding of communal, cantonal regulations and their application; • Ability to work autonomously while promoting team spirit; • Resistance to stress and keen sense of priorities.
