As a clerk, you are responsible for a versatile real estate area and look after and maintain contact with our customers. Your task mainly consists of: Support of the manager in the care and contact with owners, tenants, suppliers and other partners. Rental: Administration of rental agreements; Creation of contracts, changes (supplementary agreements, increases, decreases, incl. calculations); Processing of complaints, support of the manager in disputed cases; Ensuring the proper maintenance of property and tenant files. Management of vacancies: Preparation and publication of advertisements (if necessary, collection of data and photography); Processing of inquiries, viewings, processing of applications. Technical management: Inventory assessments, move-out statements, cost estimates, commissioning and monitoring of work, invoice control, management and reporting of damage cases, contact and management of the caretakers; Ensuring the proper maintenance of building files.
