Your missions ------------ • Prepare substrates (cleaning, substrate preparation, repair of defects) before application • Perform plastering and interior plasterwork (screeding, smoothing, finishes) • Assemble and install plastering elements according to plans and site requirements • Apply mortars and coatings manually or using suitable tools, respecting dosages • Perform finishes (corners, joints, flat surfaces) for a result in line with expectations • Control the quality of work during execution and correct any discrepancies • Ensure site cleanliness and the tidying up of equipment • Strictly respect safety instructions and internal procedures Required skills & qualifications ----------------------------------------- • Proven experience in plastering/coatings on construction sites (renovation and/or new build) • Mastery of coating application and finishing techniques (screeding, smoothing, joints) • Ability to correctly prepare substrates and perform necessary repairs • Reading and understanding of site instructions and installation requirements • Knowledge of basic safety rules on construction sites • Autonomy in plastering tasks, with an eye for detail and finishing • Driver's license (asset) to facilitate travel to construction sites • Training or certification in plastering/masonry (CFC or equivalent) (asset) Apply now ----------------------- Are you a construction professional, rigorous and quality-oriented?
