Project Manager GENERAL PROJECT MANAGER: Project and Construction Management (80-100%) Employment Permanent employment 100% Work location Rapperswil Requirements Professional experience in the construction / project management of medium-sized building construction projects, experience in the Swiss construction industry an advantage Completed studies in the disciplines of architecture, civil engineering or construction technology High level of initiative and confident appearance Independent, responsible and efficient way of working Affinity for digital working methods and tools High social competence and commitment Assertive and strong organizational skills as well as a reliable person Confident German in spoken and written form Driving license category B advantageous Field of activity Responsibility for project execution of demanding new construction and renovation projects across all SIA project phases Lead and accompany construction projects between clients, architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors Handle correspondence, minutes and schedule coordination independently and professionally Responsibility for project costs, supplementary claims and construction accounting Coordination in various construction projects
